About the series of (I & E)

Improvised & Experimental (I & E) is a series of sound installations and performances organised in Berlin since November 2016. Over the years it has grown into a community and platform for presenting improvised and experimental sound and music without score (with occasional exceptions). So far over 227 performances have been organised in five different locations in Berlin, Germany, but also in Porto, Portugal, gathering over 500 (see the list below) Berlin-based and international artists from the experimental music scene.
